Hi, my name is Ola Ipaye.
It’s nice to meet you. I run Fitness Food Recipes from my Acer Aspire 7 laptop and I currently live in Dudley, UK.
I’m an evidence based Nutrition coach and Health/Food Blogger. I help health conscious men and women eat better food and move more so they can lose weight, build muscle and live a healthier life.
I do this by utilizing the wonders of Intermittent Fasting, Better Quality Sleep, Movement with Purpose, Enriched Hydration and a Healthy Diet. A few basics ideas that has turned my life around.

What can I do for you?
I used to be an in-person personal trainer. I now mostly coach people online since the start of covid-19. The pandemic changed a lot for me in terms of how I offer my services to potential clients.
I coach people who want to be in the best shape of their lives. I do that by offering my Fit for Life 1-2-1 coaching program, or 1hr coaching call to help them create custom meal and exercise plans to achieve their fitness goals.
Also, I like writing and creating content about fitness, intermittent fasting and healthy recipes. I run a youtube channel where I share how I try to live a healthy lifestyle and hopefully inspire others to do so too.
