It’s nice to meet you. I run Fitness Food Recipes from my Lenovo laptop and home in Dudley, UK.
I am an evidence based Nutrition coach. I help people with their diet to help them lose weight and improve their health and fitness.
I used to be an in-person personal trainer. I now mostly coach people online since the start of covid-19. The pandemic changed a lot for me in terms of how I offer my services to clients.
I coach people who want to be in the best shape of their lives. I do that by offering 1-2-1 coaching calls, and help them create custom meal and exercise plans for weight loss.
Also, I like writing and creating content about fitness, food and healthy recipes. I run a youtube channel and post a lot of helpful tips on this website.
