Hi, my name is Ola Ipaye.
It’s nice to meet you. I run Fitness Food Recipes from my Lenovo laptop and home in Dudley, UK.
I’m an evidence based Nutrition coach and Health/Food Blogger. I help people eat better and move more so they can lose weight and live a healthier and better life.
I used to be an in-person personal trainer. I now mostly coach people online since the start of covid-19. The pandemic changed a lot for me in terms of how I offer my services to clients.
I coach people who want to be in the best shape of their lives. I do that by offering my Fit for Life 1-2-1 coaching program, or 1hr coaching call to help them create custom meal and exercise plans to achieve their weight loss or muscle gain goals.
Also, I like writing and creating content about fitness, food and healthy recipes. I run a youtube channel where I share how to live a healthy lifestyle and post a lot of helpful tips on this website too.
