  • 300ml Almond milk

This chia pudding recipe is one of the very best I have tried and it’ll soon become your favourite. It is tasty, filling and very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 300ml Almond milk

  • 100ml Water

  • 1tbsp pure Maple syrup

  • 5tbsp organic Chia seeds

  • Toppings:
  • 50g Blueberries

  • 100g Greek Yogurt

Directions

  • Pour your milk and water into a mason jar. Add 1tbsp of maple syrup and stir.
  • Add your chia seeds slowly into the liquid. Add 1tbsp, then stir. Add 1 more tbsp of chia seeds and stir again.
  • Then add 2tbsp of chia seeds and stir again. Lastly, add the final tbsp of chia seeds and stir to make sure the chia has separated and mixed well.
  • Then set aside for 5mins to sit.
  • Then pop the chia pudding into the fridge for upto 4hrs or overnight.
  • Take out your chia pudding and top with 100g of greek yogurt and 50g of fresh blueberries. Eat and enjoy!
